HIGH COUNTRY HARLEY-DAVIDSON® SPONSORSHIP

High Country Harley-Davidson® strives to be a good corporate citizen. We are often asked for donations/ contributions in connection with fundraisers and community events. While we would love to be able to participate in all opportunities that arise, our resources are limited and generally allocated up to a year in advance. We tend to seek out and target efforts where we can maximize our impact and consider each request carefully as to its community impact, how it relates to our business and the return on investment for us. Turning your request in 90 days prior to the event, and following up with the Director of Marketing by 30 days prior, gives us a better chance to review and process the application as efficiently as possible. High Country will make every effort to respond to your contribution request in a timely manner. Please know that we take the following into consideration when determining if we can participate:

        1.     Is your organization or event clearly non-profit or charitable? If so, please attach 501c(3) information with this request

        2.    Does our contributing to your organization relate to motorcycles or the motorcycling community?

        3.    Was the request submitted within the proper timeframe?

        4.    Has your organization received a donation from High Country Harley-Davidson® in the past?

Please submit 90 days prior to the event for proper consideration.
